Our Offerings

You are so welcome here, just as you are!

Walk and Talk Eco-Therapy

Walk and talk therapy, also known as ecotherapy, blends conversation with outdoor activity in natural settings. Client and therapist converse while walking, benefiting from the calming environment and physical movement. This approach fosters relaxation, promotes openness, and enhances the therapeutic relationship. It’s perfect for those who prefer informal settings, enjoy nature, or find sitting still challenging. During this time together in nature, integrated therapies are implemented. These sessions take place in local, easy to access, yet less trodden places of natural beauty, such as woodlands, lakes and nature reserves. Please feel free to contact if you have any further questions.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy offers a personalised approach to wellness, blending techniques like (IEMT) Integral Eye Movement Therapy, EFT (Tapping), (IFS) Internal Family Systems, Somatic Parts Therapy, Trauma informed Coaching, Eco- Therapy, Reiki and Somatic movement.

With this Mind-Body approach, these modalities support embodied and integrated healing, which means that the what we go through in a session turns into real change in your life. Often in talk therapies only the surface is touched, but by involving somatic therapies, deep, quick, embodied transformation is possible.

This is suitable for people experiencing anxiety, PTSD, Limiting beliefs, unhelpful thought patterns, identity trouble, grief and other emotional struggles.

Forest Bathing

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a gentle, sensory-based nature practice that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world. Unlike hiking or exercise, forest bathing is about presence, listening to the quiet rhythms of the woods, noticing textures, colours, scents, and allowing nature to support your wellbeing.

As a qualified sylvotherapist, I guide individuals through this restorative experience using two beautiful wooded spaces: The Seek, a Woodland Trust site, and the Oakham Canal, in collaboration with the Green Corridor Project. These locations offer peaceful, biodiverse environments ideal for grounding and deep relaxation.

Benefits of Forest Bathing
Time spent mindfully in nature has been shown to help:

Reduce stress and anxiety, Improve mood and focus, Support immune function, Encourage deeper relaxation and emotional balance, Strengthen a sense of connectionwith nature and with yourself

Forest bathing offers a calm, accessible way to nurture wellbeing, recharge, and rediscover stillness. Let the forest do the work, your role is simply to arrive and be present.

IEMT -  Integral Eye Movement Therapy

Integral eye movement therapy is a highly effective tool for personal transformation and emotional healing. IEMT focuses on eye movements, while exploring the link between emotions, memories and our identity.

IEMT helps individuals break free from limiting patterns, enabling positive change and a renewed sense of wellbeing. IEMT can help individuals overcome emotional issues, limiting beliefs, PTSD, phobias, negative patterns of behavior, grief and loss, anxiety and identity issues bringing you to your whole self.

Wellbeing Walks

Wild Wellbeing Walks are free, gentle community walks that bring people together to enjoy restorative time outdoors. I guide these sessions along the Oakham Canal with the Green Corridor Project, and within special protection areas supported by the Nene Rivers Trust and the Wildlife Trust.

Each walk blends steady, accessible movement with simple guided mindful moments—pausing to notice breath, sound, light, wildlife, and the calming details of the landscape. These practices help participants unwind, feel more present, and reconnect with themselves and the natural world.
