Wellbeing Walks & Forest Bathing Waiver

Assumption of Risk & Release: By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor activities (such as uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, and wildlife) and release the organisers from liability, except in cases of gross negligence.
Scope & Medical: These outdoor sessions are designed purely for general wellness, relaxation, and nature connection. They do not constitute formal psychological therapy or medical treatment. Participants are fully responsible for ensuring they are physically fit enough to attend.
Media & Promotional Consent: By participating, you agree that MindEmbodyWild may take photographs or brief video recordings during the event. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, or printed materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, you must explicitly inform the facilitator in writing before the event begins, and we will completely respect your privacy.
General Policies: This section covers standard permissions regarding parking entirely at your own risk and the indemnification of the organisers. Your completed booking implies full agreement to these terms.

Walk and Talk & Integrative Therapy Waiver

Scope & Boundaries: This service safely combines physical movement outdoors with therapeutic dialogue. Professional therapeutic boundaries and strict confidentiality are maintained at all times, subject to standard legal and safeguarding limits (such as a risk of severe harm to yourself or others).
Treatment & Retention Policies: Participation in therapy is entirely voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw from treatment at any time. Please note that withdrawing from treatment does not result in the deletion of your files; your clinical notes will be securely retained for 7 years post-treatment to meet professional insurance and regulatory requirements.
Service Policies: This section governs scheduling commitments, strict cancellation policies, emergency contacts, and professional dispute resolution procedures. Completing a booking implies full agreement to these terms.

Online Video Therapy Terms & Waivers

Platform & Privacy: Online therapy sessions are delivered securely via Carepatron. You are contractually responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a completely private, quiet space where you cannot be overheard by others during your video appointment.
Technical Failures: In the event of an internet or software disconnection during a session, the practitioner will attempt to reconnect twice via Carepatron. If the connection remains broken after 5 minutes, the practitioner will call your provided mobile phone number to complete the session or arrange a reschedule.
Crisis Boundaries: MindEmbodyWild video therapy sessions are scheduled appointments and do not function as a 24/7 crisis intervention or emergency mental health line. If you are experiencing an immediate mental health crisis or risk of self-harm, you agree to contact emergency services (999) or the Samaritans (116 123) immediately.
Jurisdiction: For professional indemnity insurance validity, you confirm that you are physically located within the United Kingdom at the time of your video appointment, unless alternative written arrangements have been agreed in advance.

MindEmbodyWild Women’s Circle Participation Waiver

Participation Guidelines: Participants accept full self-responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the circle.
Confidentiality & Safety: A strict rule of peer confidentiality applies to all personal stories shared within the circle. Any physical movement or exercises are entirely optional and consensual. By joining, you release the facilitator from liability regarding your personal experience.
Media & Promotional Consent: Photographs or brief video clips may be taken during specific parts of the event for promotional use. If you do not wish to be included in any imagery, please notify the facilitator upon arrival so we can ensure you are excluded from all frames.
